Music to Spice Up Your Workout Playlist

Exercise. Some of us like it, some of us despise it. I personally still haven't figured out where I stand on that debate, but what I do know is this: you kind of can't live effectively without it.



Now, of course, you can exercise in a plethora of different ways. You can go for a walk/run, sign up for dance classes, pick up a sport, or get a gym membership. One of the most important things to build a great workout routine is to incorporate things you love, so choosing the right form of exercise for yourself is incredibly important.


Apart from that, there's one other thing that, in my opinion, can make or break a workout... Your workout playlist! So here's a list of some fun, upbeat songs that will make that cardio or strength training session just a bit more enjoyable:

Not gonna lie, listening to all those songs has made me a bit more motivated to get off my butt and maybe head back to the gym. If nothing else, I hope this blog post has either given you some motivation to move your body, or just given you some new songs to vibe to!
